"We stayed for over a month, and we doubt with a gentleman by the name of Rui, at the front desk. He was so incredibly helpful, friendly, insightful, and gave us some phenomenal suggestions. No request was too small or too big. His Customer service really made our trip memorable. He gave us ideas for places to go, restaurants, bakeries, local things to do, and if we had any issues at all, they were dealt with, in an expedient fashion! "Great spot stay in Faro. Perfect location for exploring the area nearby the waterfront. The view from our room was incredible. The furniture has seen better days. Not sure what the difference is between the rooms with a balcony and a “fully furnished balcony” is—we opted for the fully furnished balcony but it seems like all balconies had the same two chairs and table. Reception staff were great. Service at the hotel restaurant not so great. "

"We had an amazing stay. From the beautiful property to the help at the frontt desk, everything was perfect. Beautiful property and plenty of room in the apartment. Loved the balcony. One of the best features was at the end....We were not scheduled to leave the city until late in the afternoon, but they held our luggage and provided towels for the pool. Most other places will kick you out at 11, but they welcomed the extra stay and made you feel at home. "

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, however, the decor seemed a little older. The mattress was comfortable, though it seemed like it had suffered some wear and tear. The breakfast was amazing, with a lot of options. The restaurant where the breakfast was served was bright and stylish with great views of the town.
