The fact that there was no TV was actually a plus, as the news is always depressing. You have all the other comforts of home, since in the common area there is a refrigerator, a microwave and a hot pot for boiling water. An added bonus is a a rooftop terrace where you can lounge in the sun while gazing at the river. ...

"Extremely slow to serve drink and food. Ordering two sandwiches before 12:00 pm and specifically asking to be ready before 12:30 pm in order to catch a long distance bus on time, only one sandwich was ready at 12:45 pm and forgot to make the second one. The second one was ready at 1:05 pm after complaining several times."

"The pool was closed and has been for some time as they are rebuilding it. This was not advertised when booking nor was it communicated to us afterwards. Bike hire and meals also need to be arranged the day before , again this wasn't communicated to us when booking or when speaking to the reception on the phone prior to arriving. It's a lovely village but I think it's not ok to advertise facilities that aren't available as this was a big reason why we chose it. I would definitely go again though...

"I liked that it was quietand the viw was really good. It was clean, I think ir needs a little TLC. Mind that there ia no elevator in the appartments. We ate at the cafereria and food was okay, a little pricey for the quality. "
