Good facilities but have been unloved for a while so new owners will spruce things up and it’ll be a gem….we will come back again and in summer to enjoy the pool. Our room was good, had a great couple of nights sleep."

"It's situated right off the main road and the beach, so I didn't need my car until I was ready to leave town. Very quiet, the 3 staff members I talked with were friendly and helpful, and the room was a bit more spacious than I expected. If I'm ever back in Paihia I'll stay here again."

"Overall, this was a great place to stay. Location is terrific. Bed was comfortable. Loved having outdoor space (shared but still really nice to have). Having a kitchenette. Was great. Also big shoutout to the manager for being so kind as to allow a late checkout. Only downfalls: expensive laundry and the need to clean things like the ceiling fans and the skylight. But overall, I would recommend "
