"Hotel customer service was really great and facilities were clean. The rooms we stayed in which had the twin beds were satisfactory, however, the partition doors were not working when we arrived. Explained to the front desk in the lobby and the guy we spoke to didn't do anything about it the the next day. I spoke with another staff member and she sorted it out immediately after I explained what had happened. She was very apologetic and within half hour the maintenance guys immediately came...
