"I had a terrible experience at Grand Resort and SPA on 15 December, 2018. We booked a twin room online using hotels.com. When we arrived at the hotel the twin beds have very hard mattress. We asked for soft mattress but they didn't have one. Instead they gave us a room with King size bed. But we needed two beds and asked for an extra bed. "the most disguesting place i have ever been. they took absolutely no effort to make the rooms habitable and enforce a no smoking policy. the building smelled like mold and there were multiple damaged walls and pieces of stone in the rooms. the shower didn't have a door and there was water everywhere everytime you shower. I would avoid this hotel at all cost."
