"We had a great experience at Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana! The resort is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were genuinely friendly, accommodating, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We mentioned it was our wedding anniversary, and they surprised us by decorating our door with a Happy Anniversary sign, plus chocolates and a bottle of wine. It was such a thoughtful touch that made our trip extra special. Security was also great—they were very attentive when we had excursions outside the resort, always checking names and contact details before allowing anyone in or out. We enjoyed the food, especially Costa Azul, which became our favorite spot. There were daily activities, and we especially looked forward to the night events. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend. "

"Kelly is the BEST concierge. She took care of my sister and I during our stay. She checked in on us multiple times a day and made sure our stay was incredible. She went above and beyond in every way. All of the bartenders and waitstaff were amazing. They were extremely kind, attentive, and accommodating. There were so many fun activities planned, great night life, lots of different pools with different vibes. Basically all of the employees were wonderful but specifically Yarina, Murphy, Ray (bartenders), Hilary (host), Barbie (entertainer), Ricardo and Wally (lobby), and Espaguetti (towels) were some of the best. Would definitely come back. "
