"Rooms far away from the parking, hard to move all luggage- need to hire bellman to help, buffet not good, my girl and I have to go outside the property to eat something good because the buffets food is not good and plus need to wake up early to do the appointment for all meals how you wake up early when you are in vacation, customer service bad, all employees need to have a good training how to do customer service bad attitude look like the work for free if was me I fired all hired good people...

I didn’t like the noise from the toilet, the water was flushing every minute as a result of a water leakage. I also dislike the frame of the bed, it isn’t friendly and I stumbled a couple of times.
