"Excellent family destination with water park and Action City on the property. We had a larger suite, and without independent heating/air conditioning in each room hard to regulate temperatures in each area (especially with toddlers and infants)...rooms were comfortable size. We expected a larger refrigerator for the size of the suite, and thought there would be an in room coffee maker....but complimentary coffee in the foyer. Overall great 1st time experience for a family get together...

"This is a very cute boutique hotel. The record players are a fun touch. We enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable. Although the restaurant wasn’t open on a Monday there were still walkable options close to the hotel. "

"First of all check in was so pleasant, the girls were all smiles & welcoming. Same for the housekeeping! The breakfast was delicious. The room was super clean and very comfortable, looking forward to our next stay! The only thing the room needed was a bathroom fan. There are tons of restaurants & stores 5 minutes away, same for the Eau Claire campus."

"Close to mall so lots of shopping and eating options closeby. Front desk was friendly. Had an issue with the toilet tank overflowing and the gentleman from the front desk responded right away. Bed & pillows were clean & comfy. Room was huge! Had a kitchenette with a dishwasher & dishes & utensils — was like a little AB&B. Breakfast was pretty good. The only real issue we had was the bathroom door design — there was a huge gap at the door closure. Not real private. "

"The staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable. Unfortunately, the pool was being repaired. They did call a head of our stay to let us know about the pool and give us a chance to change hotels. I felt that was very considerate."
