"The location was fabulous. Check in could be hugely improved. We were given no information about the bars, restaurants, opening hours of the spa, time of breakfast. We spotted other guest wandering around aimlessly like ourselves. Bar/restaurant work really hard and food was delicious. Drinks priced well for hotel. Bed was uncomfortable as were the pillows. Room was spotless. Spa was amazing, will visit again. "

"The hotel has a lovely ambience throughout. Our bedroom was gorgeous and breakfast was perfect. Location couldn't be better for exploring Lyme Regis and car parking took all the stress out of the break. Definitely recommend "

"We had a warm welcome. Our room was on the small side for a twin and there was a huge tv completely in front of the mirror! The bathroom felt recently decorated and was very clean. We had bad neighbours fighting during the night but the staff managed to sort the problem out after an hour.(3-4am!) Paige helped us with a misunderstanding over the swimming pool in the morning and we enjoyed a warm clean swim. The spa man was friendly.
