"Hands down, Gerald (hotel manager) always went above and beyond, delivering world class service and engaging with guests. I typically stay at Marriott properties, and my decision for future stats, will lean towards HIE…esp this location. Also, Alice the breakfast ambassador is by far the most efficient, friendly, and attentive employee I have come across in that role. She knows her stuff, and makes us leaving taken care of and well nourished. It’s not just the food selection, but the attention to keep all items fully stocked, tables clean, and the experience she delivers consistently every time I interact with her. And thx to Brenda and Luis for their solid competence handling my reservations and level of service. "

"I stayed two nights for a surgical procedure I had at Emory. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I loved the fact that there is actual flooring in the guest rooms instead of carpet. I wish there were more hotels that have this anti allergen design!"
