"Absolutely beautiful hotel in a great location. Only issues were that on the first morning we went down for breakfast, luckily only gone 20 minutes because when we came back, the room had been cleaned but the house keeper had not shut or locked our door. There was no one around to talk to so reported it to reception, but never got any feedback. Not acceptable at all. "No staff on site, so can't really leave your luggage either before check-in or after check-out. The main station is close and it's walkable to all attractions. Felt safe walking after 10pm. The property was clean and comfortable."
