The furnishings need to be updated. The bed was hard as a rock with little padding and low to the floor. The pillows were thin and provided little support. The towels left lint all over your wet body...

Hotel staff was very nice and they had a great bar and fabulous breakfast. Walking distance to House of Waterford, right on the water and walking to many shops, restaurants and bars. "

"Nice place but after 10 or 11 at night the owners really don't any noise what so ever..if you want to go for a night out and come back late or want to watch TV late or go out after 11 for cigarette.. you'll be approached by either Avery or Niamh and basically told keep it down so I felt uncomfortable during my stay and wouldn't return..stayed 4 days and the room wasn't serviced once..I had to go downstairs and ask for more toilet roll..towels which is unacceptable "
