"Nice hotel on main street in Lahinch. We had a small room. Rug needed to be cleaned/stains. Staff very accommodating/ pleasant. Ample breakfast provided as part of the rate. Parking provided which is good. Rate seemed a bit hi for the start of their slow season. I would rate 7 out of 10."

"We stayed in the three bedroom room. Room was of adequate size and had a small coffee table with a hot tea pitcher. Breakfast in the morning was very good. I ordered the vegetarian breakfast which had a lot of fresh fruit and also came with portage, yougurt and coffee. My companions ordered the Full Irish for breakfast and they explained that it was very good and it was a lot of food. "We travelled from Dublin at 7pm nearly 4 hours driving, only to be told at the door that the guest house was closed. Not helpful with giving us an alternative. Owner gave impression that well we’re closed so tough luck. Ended up driving back home the 2 hour later. Very disappointed"

"Our hosts were fantastic, friendly, very helpful with local knowledge, great food, very clean, neat room. Best shower we've had so far ensuite, comfortable bed. Location was fantastic, easily accessible to the Cliffs of Moher, the Doolin Ferry to head out to the Aran Islands and see the Cliffs of Moher from the water. We drove into the Barrens this morning and watched a Sheep Dog demonstration, Caherconnell Fort, Poulnabrone etc... on our way towards Galway. "
