"The hotel is perfectly located in the center of town. We could walk easily anywhere we wanted. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you don't speak Spanish, use your Google Translate app as most people here in Chile don't speak English. We had beautiful views of the city on the 9th floor. I would come back again"

"The staff was friendly, and parking was easy with parking in front of the hotel and behind a secured gate. Breakfast every morning was good, fresh fruits, cheese, meats, bread for toast and the staff made scrambled eggs for me each morning. I did not use the pool but looked clean. The room was also very clean and room service made the room each day. Would recommend. It is a little further out from the downtown area but a short drive to the Mall and into the Downtown area."

"Very pleasant hostal superbly located in a bohemian area of town a block away from the university. Very simpatico, well maintained, friendly. It can be a little noisy from other rooms and from the nearby bars on weekends. I found that celestial white noise on YouTube played throughout the night at a certain volume alleviated problems with music both at night and from others moving about the hotel in the morning."

"The website claims there is air conditioning. There is no air conditioning. The carpeting throughout the hotel is bad. The parking garage is quite scary. The hotel is in a great location and could really be nice with much needed updates and care."
