"We arrived before checkin and were allowed to get in our room, nice after a long flight. Parking was easy off the street and in a secure lot and the bellman helped us with our bags right away. At night a nearby restaurant was a great choice to walk to and there was a bank across the street to get a good exchange from US $ to pesos. The next night we ate at the hotel restaurant which was fine. Their breakfast each morning started our day’s adventures."

"Quite apartment, bit cold but with heaters"

"Leider habe ich nicht das appartment bekommen welches ich HIER, reserviert habe. Offensichtlich schein es so, dass Hotels.com dieses appartment ohne Genehmigung der Mieter anbietet. Ich strandete in Concepción weil die Personen gar nicht wussten, dass die Wohnung reserviert war. Die Wohnung, war schon vergeben. Gott sei Dank bekam eine andere Wohnung in ein anderes Gebäude. Obwohl hotels die Mieter nicht informiert hatte, verlangte hotels 108euro für eine Fiktive Stornierung. "

"My worst experience with an apartment. On my first day, when I came back in the evening after exploring the city, I noticed someone had gone through my bags and an envelop with cash in Chilean pesos (hidden in an inside pocket, not in plain sight) was missing. This had never happened to me before, not even in hostels... Minutes later, I was meeting the property manager to pay for the apartment. I explained the problem and asked who had the keys to the apartment. Apparently, only the cleaning...

"Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht nun war extrem Kalt vor allem in der Nacht. Es hatte nur eine kleine Heizung gerät für die ganze Wohnung. Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden. Tolle aussicht :) Für die Waschraum schlecht organiziert, vor dem Hausmeister sind wir von ein andere Mieter angeschnauzt weil wir nur 3 minute spaeter die schlüssel abgegeben haben. Für fast 90 wohnungen es gibt nur 3 Waschmaschine und 3 Trockenmaschine. A.M Weiss"
