"The most amazing thing about this property was that is located in the middle of a National Park and all the surrounding scenery was spectacular. The rooms have wonderful views of the River and in the morning when you wake up and get out on the balcony you can enjoy your coffee while watching and hearing lovely and colorful birds or even spotting other wildlife (eg agouti, sloths, etc). "This is where advertisement they told me that display have AC Wi-Fi TV and they don’t have to bring a lot of money for this room and he’s not worth it I wanted to cancel the second night and the lady didn’t want to return my money back I call hotels.com and complained about it and they didn’t do nothing about it and that even cackle back from them I will never book with thing again I don’t mind paying the money if the play is right"

"I've booked for two nights. At arrival they couldn't find our reservation to begin with. After waiting for 45 minutes the gave us a key to a room on the 1 floor. My room was the last on the corridor who was/in service. The other rooms after my room were out of service and there were safety shoes outside the room next to the open doors. In the corridor to my room ware a lot a bags with food leftovers in there corner. They stayed there for more than 30 hours. Thats how long we manage to stay...

"The hotel is in a beautiful setting overlooking the ocean. The pool and deck are great to relax in and watch the waves. The restaurant food was good (need hour notice for dinner). The rooms are really rustic and ours did not have AC. Also, note that there is not a public beach on Isla Grande. We spent all day at Coconuts on the other side of island at their beach and would probably stay there if we went again. We were traveling with 2 teens. "

"The hotel was hosting a party the night we stayed there & they were kind enough to let us know & offered to move our room. We didn’t hear anything from the party. Very thankful as we’d been flying since 11pm the night before. Staff were very kind from all encounters. "

"I have stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions. One time it was for a whole week. I just love it. The staff is outstanding! So kind and so helpful! The “Bistro” restaurant on the lower floor is terrific. The waiting staff, again, so kind and helpful. The food is just delicious! The ambiance is as good as anything you would find in NYC or Miami. The rooms are spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet is just fabulous and again the waitstaff is attentive and gracious. If you do not speak Spanish there will be someone who does nearby. If you are learning Spanish, they will smile and help you. I adore this place. "
