"The room was adequate; no bugs to be found. It did have a stale odor but appeared clean. The towels were abundant which was good for the three of us. The room heater did not work; I reported it to the front desk and she was taking care of it immediately. I was extremely disappointed that the pool was not heated. Using the term “all season” pool, I assumed the water would not be freezing cold. I specifically booked this hotel so we could have something fun to do and be off cellphones on our way...
