I’ll start by saying I was a patient at the Northside Hospital, which is a mile away from this Hilton location. I underwent major surgery and I also had post-op appointments so I decided to stay closer in town. I purchased several breakfast voucher tickets with the plan of having my caregiver bring up breakfast for me each morning, unfortunately I was told that you cannot bring up the breakfast to your room and I would have to eat in the common area (I could barely walk) or order through room service, which is a completely other charge. This was a real inconvenience. I would’ve never purchased the vouchers if I knew I couldn’t eat the food in my room. What if your guest is disabled? Again, many guests visit this location because of how close the hospital is. Con number two, throughout my stay at this hotel I was waken up twice to housekeeping knocking on my door at door early in the morning. That is unacceptable, one of them even opened my door while I was in the bathroom. Luckily they just opened and closed it. Also while I was in bed one of the male workers came knocking on my door as if he knew me.. I opened the door and he look shocked. Like I wasn’t supposed to be there or I was supposed to be someone he knew. It was weird and unprofessional. I had a terrible experience at this hotel.

Property was amazing but did have a lot of elevator issues which was very inconvenient. One of the fire escape doors had no door knob to enter the building which caused us to have to walk the whole hotel to try and find a way down without setting off an alarm

Property was ok. Outdated but clean. I was working nights and couldn’t access my room at 2 am. There was no one there to fix it. So I was put up in another room till 8am. All of my stuff was in the room. Food, drinks, clothes…. Very irritating. I asked to be compensated for part of my stay and have not heard back. Not impressed. I travel quite a bit and at this point not sure I want to stay with y’all any more.

This isvthe second time hilton have failed to deliver a clean room. The room smelled terrible abd i have breathing problems. Not sure if mold or animals were in the room previous. I specifically ask for pet free room. Sofa was broken. No possibility to pull out for tird person to sleep. I had to squeeze my 30 old daughter and my self on a full size bed. I had a important appointment in the morning, i am unrested and feel tired. 19 y. Old son had to take the other bed. I will never stay in a hilton again.
