The reception, restaurant and bar have been restored from a factory ,impeccably with style, class and sympathy. We were showed to the room via an orginal factory evelator. "The hotel's setting on the edge of a lake that is a magnet for wildlife is fabulous, the views are amazing. The service was wonderful, with all the staff being charming and helpful. We were particularly impressed by the hotel driver who took us to Sigiriya and then onto our next stop in Kandy."

"We only had one night in Kandy on this trip. The Radh is positioned within a couple of minutes walk of the sacred tooth temple and so was ideal. The staff were all very.pleasent and helpful, right from check-in until we checked out. The rooms and facilities were great. Shame we didnt have longer to enjoy this wonderful hotel. "

"Hotel in the jungle with a rustic charm. Room was good with a comfortable bed. Lots of ants in the room initially but I suppose being in the jungle that’s to be expected! Restaurant food was plentiful and delicious. We stayed three nights and we didn’t get bored as there was a good varied choice -buffet or the a la cart menu-. Pool towels available and the attendant keeps the pool side nice a clean, especially with his endless battle with cleaning fallen leaves up. Bar staff were very friendly...
