"We first stayed at the Marriott Los Suenos twenty years ago. We came twice then and loved it. We came for the sport fishing and were not disappointed. The marina then was small and we had great access to all the sport fishing boats but now it has gotten very exclusive and if you’re not actually on a boat, you can’t access the docks. The hotel was smaller then but fantastic. It has gotten bigger but not better. The staff was great but the tile floors make the hallways noisy and people talking out in the hall woke me up very early every morning. The room was comfortable and we liked it but the food in the restaurants was mediocre. The coffee shop did have great coffee and pastries and we enjoyed breakfast there more than in the restaurant. I wish I had more positive things to say because it has always been one of my favorite places. We went fishing, had a great time and did catch some fish but I miss the old Los Suenos. It’s such a great location and a great place to fish that I guess the change is inevitable"

"The hotel is impeccably clean and the staff is as professional as can be. Everyone very friendly. Breakfasts delightful. We bought ours as part of the package. A very hard working staff cocktails very reasonable. I did mention to several that another restaurant in the complex with a different menu would be nice. Gift shop is outrageous priced. Miyako restaurant was excellent. Uber is necessary to get around"

"Great location attached to the City Mall, with lots to see and do in the mall. Beautiful and modern hotel. Rooms were clean, bright and spacious. Airport shuttle was great "

"Stayed 1 night before flying out. Location is convenient to the airport, free shuttle to airport was great, breakfast was decent, pool was clean--but freezing. Rooms are small but clean. Walked to dinner nearby and felt safe. Served its purpose well. Enjoyed it overall. "

"Close to the airport. A chicken restaurant and a Denny's a 3 minute walk away. Comfy beds, friendly staff. We were an hour early but they gave us a room right away."

"Wonderful as usual!! Except, I showed up one hour before check-in and the person at the reception desk made me wait the hour instead of checking to see if the room was available. It hasn't a matter of cleaning or it not being ready she was completely inflexible. I found this to be an odd way to treat a guest. First time this happened to me at this hotel. Many staff members recognized me and one person who lives in the apartments. So I l9ve the hotel and zI complied. Sge saw me sitting ther for an hr and when I checked-in it wasn't a problem for me to get my room. If I hadn't gotten up to ask I don't think she would have assisted."
