My only recommendation is to pay through Expedia and not when you arrive If you pay at hotel then you will have to pay exchange We are from Canada and I was charged in USD which was more than my confirmed rate in CND

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn San Jose Airport City Mall for a night before an early flight back to Los Angeles, and it was a great experience. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. Its location is incredibly convenient—being close to the mall gave me an easy way to pass some time and grab a bite to eat. One of the best perks was the free airport shuttle, which made getting to my flight stress-free. If you have an early departure or a late arrival, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for a smooth and comfortable stay!

Our first time here and we should have booked here sooner. Was a nice hotel, amazing room. Large bed and clean bathroom. Free shuttle to the airport from 4am-1am. This will be our next hotel when coming to San Jose landing. The evenings and for early flight out of SJ.

We had such a great experience at this hotel. My husband left his wallet in our Uber and the front desk staff jumped right in to help. They contacted the driver in Spanish as we know very little and his wallet was returned. They were so kind and patient as we were a little frazzled. I wish I could remember the names of the two young women that were working. Everything they did for us was beyond kind. The room itself was very spacious and clean. Beautiful bathroom. Room service was excellent. We had a middle of the night noise issue from a room next door that was taken care of quickly with a call to guest services. We were very impressed. Overall a great experience

The walls are paper thin and we heard every word and groan from the couple in the next room. The noise from the road was loud and constant. we had no rest at all!it definitely was a disaster. To be such a nice facility-why not pay for sound proofing??? It was a true nightmare
