"Property is beautiful but ocean wasnt friendly to swim in. The pool is nice with a waterfall. Breakfast was basic and one morning weiners were offered as the only meat option. Next morning only eggs bun and juice. We left a day early due to all the rain and we stayed end of Jan beginning of feb (dry season)."

Maverick, the hotel front desk concierge, was very friendly and patient with us. He welcomed us on our first day and answered all of our questions. Maverick arranged all our tours with Andy for the night tour and Abel for the morning boat tour. Both did a fantastic job, but especially Abel, who went above and beyond on the wildlife tour. "Fair value for money. Got there after dark, went to see desk staff (two of them). They did not know the name of the hotel as per the reservation, so they sent us away. When we returned, after being assured by their COMPETITORS that we had been at the right place, they agreed that their hotel might have another name and found our reservations. No apology for wasting 30 minutes of our time."
