"Stunning setting, beautifully designed hotel, great food, fantastic service, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Especially loved the spa and the bungalow style rooms. Recommend even if you have no interest in golf, there is lots more to do. We went for a relaxing spa break. We will definitely come back. "

"The suite was ample but although we were 4 and had to wait for the check in time to have the room ready, the second bed was not even done yet. Everything else other than that detail was good, easy location and a lot of green around. Good location if you are visiting Gibraltar"

"I really liked the decor of this hotel. It was very zen with interesting art, light fixtures and wall treatments made of natural materials. The front desk staff were friendly and cheerful. The restaurant was good for breakfast but not for dinner. One day we had to leave before breakfast and they were nice enough to pack a picnic breakfast for us, but when we opened them it was ham sandwich despite requesting vegetarian. "My 4th stay and possibly the best room so far with port and sea view. Very irritating doors banging day and night from other rooms. I suspect this was due to failing pneumatic door stays although some of the banging was purely from inconsiderate guests. Also sad to note That San Miguel beer was the only beer on tap. Must be the worst beer going. I understand this is because of the negotiated contract with drink suppliers. CruzCampo Special or something similar would be much better."

"Trying to think about negatives. That's not so easy! I guess I have been in more comfortable beds. But due to the shape & size of the boat, there isn't much that can be done about that. Plus side. Great communication before arrival. And always on hand when needed. Well equipped throughout the kitchen area. Chilled drinking water a big bonus. Free shampoo & shower gel. "The front desk could not be more helpful. They went out of their way to meet our every request. The price point is fair . Good parking. 15 minute walk up hill from the port.the picture of the pool on Expedia is deceiving as it is only for the top apartment."
