The room was very spacious and comfortable, even though there were 2 double beds. Surrounding areas were nice and cozy even though it was situated beside a mall. "The property was nice and clean but should be since it is relatively new. We still gave it an 8, but they need to fix 2 things: 1> Do not say housekeeping if there is no housekeeping. We asked on the 2nd day when they would clean since they did not the first day. The response was "that is extra". We did not ask how much since we were leaving the next day. and it was "the housekeepers day off"... 2> Do not say you have an english/spanish staff if not true. The guard/front desk knew how to say...

"Neat and clean and professionally managed. Nice for over night stay or a solo traveller. Coffee machine was not clean. The property is in a quite place so bring water and food along if you are coming late like me. 😇"
