The staff was the highlight for me, I cannot remember the last time I was served so well in a hotel. Our room had plenty of natural light and was very spacious. The food, drinks and service from the restaurant was also fantastic, included getting drinks served in the jacuzzi which is on the rooftop! Super clean facilities, and the cleaning service on point as well. My favourite staff member was Jennifer, not only did she always serve us with a smile, she gave us some great suggestions on where to go and when to enjoy the trip to the fullest, also going above and beyond by printing us a map to avoid the not so safe areas in the city. If I come back to Pereira again, there is no doubt I will be staying here. Not to forget, the included breakfast buffet and the service that came along also gets 10/10!!!

Great experience, great location, great accommodations, awesome view from the sky lounge terrace, comfortable beds and excellent service.The breakfast is good and has a good assortment of choices to get you going until lunch time or further. The a la cart menu has a variety of meats and drinks at affordable prices. Very happy overall and would recommend it without a doubt. Yuri the room attendant was very professional, respectful and friendly. Alexa the breakfast hostess was very attentive and always say hello with a smile. even follow up with a random question i had the first time i met her. Sebastian and Luis the restaurant servers were very helpful and making sure everybody was being taken care of. The bell staff was friendly and helpful (sorry, i don't remember their names). I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Pereira. Hope to see you soon.

Front deck staff amazing and always willing to help us in any way possible also housekeepers very courteous, downside about our stay was the terrible coffee we had in our breakfast as part of the buffet, considering we are in the coffee region , all was properly addressed by a great cappuccino even though was a separate charge but well worth .

The receptionist was not customer friendly at all. Ask me for my passport in order to check in so if your a tourist from another country you don’t pay taxes. The receptionist Ask me for a photo of my document and picture of my entry date then she still did not honor it after I showed her what she asked me for. Terrible customer service

The hotel was just perfect, the staff were very friendly and attentive....although the 10th floor was a little noisy due to being under the restaurant and Yiu can hear chairs moving all the time ...but overall very clean and very good .... Great location, as most things are walkable.
