"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful throughout my visit. There were no taxis available, making transportation a hassle. To make matters worse, the food prices were in dollars, clearly aimed at overcharging guests compared to local rates. "Stayed 6 nights and services were good throughout that time. Hotel is not fancy but staff are very helpful and the restaurant has a few good options. The building has an excellent gym. Only complaint about the rooms was the hard mattress. For the price, I would stay there again"

"Very dishonest staff and the manager did not help the situation. I checked in when I had a standard room and I requested a room for two beds and asked if I would be charged. They told me I would not be charged. I also double-checked the following day with the front desk and told me I would not be charged. Upon checking out, they told me I was charged $144.
