"Do not book this hotel! We intended to stay at this hotel Sept 4-6, and Hurricane Irma made landfall on the 4th/5th. We had to cancel our plans to avoid getting trapped in a category 5 hurricane on an island that was in its direct path. This hotel declined multiple times to issue a refund, before and after the storm. "The staff was very helpful in getting into our room. On our departure day they assisted us with getting transportation to the airport. The room we stayed in had a view of the entire bay. It was spotlessly clean. There were plenty of towels, hand towels, soap, shampoo. The bed was extremely comfortable. If we do go back to the BVI we will definitely stay in the hotel again."
