"Room radiator is controlled by hotel staff via central heating, we had no control on temperature. Heating is not available all the time. Road side parking availability depends on your luck, not advised to travel by private car."

"Short break for New Year celebrations. Hotel is lovely and modern. The breakfast in the morning was decent enough, although some of the hot items were slightly cold. One slightly confusing thing was the parking. We parked at the train station. Paid via the online app but that expired at 04.00 in the morning, leaving us in a bit of a panic in the morning trying to work out how to extend parking! Overall, would stay here again."

"Very clean and intimate hotel. Rooms are large and bright but the walls are so thin that you can hear everything. We had tenants above us with small children and every step and jump could be heard. We were just unlucky but I had to take a star off, I take a second star off for the bathroom, it needs renovation."

"Staff were lovely at reception despite having an overwhelming number of people checking in at the same time. The hotel was comfortable and we had a great night sleep. The hotel is a little tired and does need a little attention. We had a superior room which had an amazing view of the beach. Spa facilities were lovely, highly recommend using this. Would stay again "
