"Als wir ankamen stellte sich heraus, dass unsere Hotel.com Buchung nicht angekommen war. Die Rezeptionistin war überfordert und es dauerte eine Stunde, bis das Problem geklärt werden konnte. Insgesamt ist die Wutzschleife in die Jahre gekommen. Stilistisch überladen mit Wellness-Tünneff. Kein klares Konzept. Modernisierung wäre dringend nötig."

"Great property, close to train station. Super easy to get downtown or to the airport. Like most places in Germany there's no air conditioning so maybe not a place to visit during hot times. Great breakfast and restaurant team. Staff very helpful. "
