"It was fine. It is winter, so the indoor pool was closed. They emailed me ahead of time. I wished they had a binder of local businesses and restaurants that are open this time of year. That would help support local businesses that struggle during the off season. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were very clean. Needs more hooks in the bathroom to hang up towels. The price was very reasonable."

"i was very upset and frustrated because hotels.com did not update the room count—even though The Doubletree sent them a notice after the renovations—so i booked a suite that wasn’t available and got downgraded. I went to the hotel manager first who did their best to make up for this by giving us free breakfast passes, because we made the reservation through a 3rd party. Then i spoke to a Hotels.com agent to see if we could get a partial refund but they said “since it was already resolved” they...

"Winter or summer, this is our favorite spot to vacation- we love the peaceful, serene atmosphere of the town and Chatham Tides. Main St. has a cute, unique, little stores if shopping is what you enjoy. Property is well kept, ocean view room provides precisely the view that we love to wake up to. Staff is always helpful and accommodating, without being overbearing. Can't wait to return! "
