"The property is directly on Lake Zell, making its location superb. They have some games and water equipment available onsite for use or rent. There is a dock for the kids to jump into the lake from, but when we were there the area by the dock wasn’t so clean. The room was clean, and there was a private bathroom. "A nice hotel in a great location however our room, 208, was too warm and the temperature difficult to control. The A/C only works if the outside air temperature is greater than 19c, we were there in November and the temperature outside was between 2 and 12c. So, the only way to cool the room was to open the windows, our room looked out onto a courtyard where staff were seen working and there was a corridor opposite so we couldn’t leave the windows and/or curtains open.
