"It was my first visit to Armenia, besides the fact that it’s a beautiful place, the Armenian hospitality is unique and you see it at this hotel. The staff was polite, the areas and rooms were clean, the cleaning ladies were patient and always working, they won’t knock to advise you it’s cleaning time, they will wait for you to leave your room before cleaning up. They greet you everytime they see you. The restaurant at this hotel had plenty of fresh fruits and all sorts of options daily, it’s hard to not find what your looking for. I’m always on time and I respect the indicated hours of service, so when they say 10am or 10:30am(weekends) end of breakfast I expect them to stop serving food, but here comes the Armenian hospitality, the chef and staff welcome you in even when your late, I saw this happen (not with me) with other guests and they made sure that even late they had options for food. I’m certain that this was appreciated by those guests. Great hotel, I will stay here again."
