"We checked in and our bathroom had a half inch of dirt on the floor and a trashcan in the sink. Housekeeping came and cleaned. Much better, lots of dust bunnies/dirt globs left on the floor. Definitely not worth the price. Not sure we would stay again. This is not a good 1st impression. Edit: The manager contacted me on Saturday, 2/8 and made arrangements to move us to a suite. The last 2 nights of our stay was amazing. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. "

"When driving to the hotel I wasn't so sure but once I got to the hotel I was warmly greeted by staff. It was kinda noisy outside but after settling in I didn't hear any noise outside. That told me the hotel we well built. I felt safe and secure. Room was clean, bed very comfy. No complaints on this one and the price was just right. Free Breakfast wasn't bad eighter. Book this one, you won't regret it."

"Fabulous wimsical and crazy looking rooms. We loved to spend time in them. Evidently there ie only one of those suites decorated like it. Consider yourself lucky if you get picked. The gallery space on the first floor/lobby displayed delicious art pieces. Conveniently located to downtown and various attractions as well as the Cristal Bridge Museum, a must see!"
