"Room was huge and in the main in good condion. However noticeable it was one of the ones not yet updated. Bathroom was worn and old fashioned and needed a complete redo. Sofa bed when as a couch was faux leather and quite damaged. Upon complaining I was kindly offered 2 other rooms but athough these were modernised and newly updated in the end I stuck with original room due to the extra space, how bright it was and the amazing 8th floor view. "Pleasant and efficient check-in. Breakfast -Plenty of choice but food area small to accommodate the food and the clientele. Lift for upto 5 people. Side exit on upper floors with push doors. If not closed fully lift will not function. Staff run upstairs to deal with the problem quickly when informed but clients can be left waiting and wondering why. Rooms recently renovated.
