"It was sold to me as a 4 stars hotels but it is not even a 1 star hotel and I know how 4 stars hotel look like because I stayed in el=Biar hotel for only one night and moved to Holiday Inn a 4 stars hotels. El Biar has not central AC, showers without shower curtains. It was sold to me with 24 hours airport shuttle; this is false. I have used Expedia and Orbitz for over 20 years; I will never used it again and will make sure that my family and friends do the same so that our families vacations...

"An older property that's well maintained, the El Aurassi has unparalleled views of the harbor and city. Staff are attentive, multi-lingual and food is good. Room was comfortable and clean.
