"We enjoyed our stay at the resort. We particularly liked being able to go to the Land of Natura with free parking and free admission. We could have gone to the zoo but did not have time. Location was pretty good, central to lots of Dells attractions. Kids loved the bunk beds. Fridge didn't chill the best but we made it work. Would stay again. "

"Very basic accomodations. We had a room with two queen beds, bunk beds, and a separate bedroom with a queen bed. While everything was very clean, the separate bedroom had the WORST mattress I have ever slept on. There was only one small trash can in the room, no coffee maker, the pillows were flat.. however, it was very affordable, convenient, clean, and quiet."

"When we first arrived, we asked if the hotel room (loft) that we reserved was handicap (meaning Wheelchair) accessible, they yes, it is but when we got to our room, we found out that the bathroom was yes handicap accessible but not wheelchair accessible. Went outside the room and by chance there was a worker there, told them of our situation and he made a call to someone at the front desk and explained our situation. The sliding door wouldn’t stay closed and there were no plugs to plug in a hairdryer…unless I’m blind and I completely missed it, which is possible lol.
