It took a trip to the registration desk to get any water in my room, even though the description clearly said two bottles of water would be provided. After talking to someone at the desk, it was still more than 24 hours before anyone brought water to my room. When checking out, they tried to charge me for an upgrade that I paid when I checked in. Fortunately I had a receipt to prove that I had paid when I checked in. Little things. But I expected better from a relatively high priced (for India) hotel. "
