"Stayed here for 2nd time, made sure a kingsize bed as a double was too small last time. Staff always friendly and helpful. Room was upgraded to canal side room which was very warm , had a fan in there which a well needed. "

"Excellent staff who were all friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We had an evening meal which was really nice and the breakfast we fantastic, so much choice and all fresh. Location was good, about 20 min walk from city centre, but quiet and relaxing. The only negatives I would say is the corridors are very dark (limited lighting) and we thought the additional cost of the spa facilities was expensive. "
