"CONS: The room was not very clean. The bathroom fixtures were broken and their was mildew all over the shower. We found random small bugs in the room on 2 or 3 counts. The walls have cracks and damage. Staff were also not super friendly. No one ever smiles at this hotel. PROS: very comfortable bed. Room is very quiet and black out blinds work great. Central location close to shopping and the university. Hotel and surrounding area felt very safe even at night."

"We really enjoyed our stay. We were only there on a stopover for 2 nights and had to pack a lot in. There was a mix up with our booking but the staff went out of their way to sort it out. The breakfast was one of the most well stocked we've experienced, which was great for our fussy children. The location was good for using the metro, which is a short walk away. And when we left, the staff were so helpful with getting us a taxi - the staff went above and beyond to help us out. Highly recommend...

"Outstanding service and accommodation. Room rate very reasonable for an airport hotel. Minutes from Capital Airport terminal 3. Frequent free shuttle buses. There is a great shopping mall with supermarket and all kinds of restaurants 5 minutes away by taxi. Dining in the hotel and room service also seem very reasonable. Very highly recommended. "
