"Staying at Athena motel was good value for money for our last minute trip. It was clean and comfortable. There were a couple of things like a softer mattress that my husband didn’t like and the cigarette smoke easily passed from the front of our neighbours room into ours. The checkin although friendly, left me feeling a little awkward as no one was available to help me with several luggage despite travelling alone with children. Overall a good experience and would consider this again as it was...

"This is a great, comfortable country motel. A bit dated but extremely comfortable. It actually feels like the owners have slept in the rooms to ensure they work. It has everything you need including a coffee machine and a microwave. Comfy bed. Only issue is the power points next to the bed are a bit tricky to find as they are under the wall-mounted bedside table. "
