"This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It’s right in the shopping area. Everything is in walking distance. It’s very clean inside, all of the amenities made me feel as though I was at home. Modern apartment. The staff were really nice, specifically Jack. Parking was very convenient, I never actually needed my car as we walked everytwjere. I will always stay here whenever I come to Liverpool. I would highly recommend this place. "

"Stayed here for a recent concert at AO arena, the arena is only a 10-15 minute walk so it was super good location. Even though I was first floor it was still super quiet. The people at check in were super friendly and one of them even complimented my nails. My only problem was the shower didn’t drain properly and after a few minutes the shower tray filled up over half way but other than that no issues. The room was super spacious and very clean. "The staff at the hotel are friendly, we actually had conversations with the front desk staff, which was nice. The one man at the front desk went out of his way to help me with a app on my phone to get tickets. The room was amazing. If we go back to Liverpool, this is where we will stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great hotel"

Very good - would stay again

"Very impressed with this hotel and would stay again. Pros are great location, great bar/restaurant and beds are very comfy. Cons were check in is 3pm and reception staff were not interested in trying to find a way to check in before and were quite military about this, the continental breakfast is nice but a little expensive for what it is and the room was on small side but we are used to American sized rooms so perhaps more a reflection of that. Overall very good and would stay again."
