"This is a pretty nice local hotel.The staff is amazingly nice and helpful. I chose Nefaland because it is right across the street from the ABC Upper Class ticketing office. I use them when traveling to Iringa because I can board the bus directly at their office before they head out to the bus station on the limits of Dar es Salaam. So Staybg at Nefaland is great for that since the bus leaves at 5am. The only thing that I found disappointing was the lack of food availabilities on the menu. But...

"Bad recepcionist guy he asking us to pay him in cash and we already paid the hotels.com because he said he don’t like to wait one month to take the money from hotels.com and no hot water and very bad area "

"Value? Good , friendly and helpful staff and management . Its basic, no frills but that is reflected in the price. Singles? Not really family or couple friendly. More for singles, or couples who dont mind a no frills experience. Bar/grill near the rooms, so if your looking for peace n quiet perhaps look somewhere else. Things to do: Quite far from town, but staff will get you a taxi (ask for a Bolt), as theres not much to do or see in the immediate area "

"The manager is great, making sure all is to your satisfaction. Food in the rooftop restaurant was delicious. Suites are huge with modern kitchen and lovely bathrooms. I would definitely stay there again if ever in Dar in the future!"

Beautiful hotel

"The hotel was beautiful from the outside and so well kept, food was of good standard as well as the service. The rooms looked dated a bit and needed modernising the shower door was loose and water came out when showering also there nowhere to go outside of the hotel, was very quiet the time we were there but overall was nice hotel. "
