"NEOLFY, LEANDRO AND DENNY ARE THE BEST!!!! their level of professionalism and excellence represents lifestyle hotel and resorts in the upmost way. We were so impressed. Let me start by saying that they all went out of their way to assist us and make our stay one of the best that I’ve ever had at a resort. They always greeted us with a smile. Neofly, Denny and Leandro assisted us with reservations and made sure that we were able to go to Resturants on the property that we have not been to before due to no availability. They all made the process quick and easy by obtaining our room numbers and asking about our preferences. We didn’t have to wait around. They told us to come and pick up our Tickets for reservations and they did all the rest. We appreciated this so much because we were able to enjoy our day and not have to wait around to make arrangements. That level of excellence and service is exactly why Neolfy, Denny and Leandro should be the head Guest services at this resort and receive raises!! They are the perfect example of excellence and customer service. During the end of my trip, I fell ill and NEOLFY called me to see how I was doing and how I was feeling, she even had the best chicken soup that I’ve ever had sent to my room while I was recovering and said that if there was anything else I needed to just ask. When there was a problem with my air conditioner, she had it fixed same day! Thank you Neolfy, Denny and Leandro. We appreciate you!! "

"Great place and super clean. Very comfortable. Only issue we had was water heater was broken but we survived. The restraint on site was good but very hot . Overalll the hotel itself is great . "
