"Very clean and well kept property. The staff were extremely kind! Very polite and attentive to our every needs. Leaving the place felt sad, as I had gotten used to it so much. The property feels natural and very organic which is what we were looking for. Yet everything was there to make our modern lifestyles fulfilled. "Unable to contact host at check-in, we waited for more than an hour outside the villa. Despite informing that we would be arriving at 9pm, host was nowhere to be found and despite calling multiple times we were unable to get in touch with the reception. Villa condition seemed alright but rooms were extremely dusty and bedsheets had not been changed prior to our visit - dead insects and stains on sheets. Very poor and would not recommend."

"Having on hand printed my already paid booking with Expedia, where the room was pool view (was on the description of my booking), they tell me that to have that room I would pay extra money, I choose the room with pool view and air conditioning but they give me a room behind the hotel with a fan. We only spent one night there and we lost the money for the rest of the days. Could be a problem between Expedia and the Hotel but the hotel only ask for more money and Expedia doesn't allow to cancel...

"Arrival was a bit difficult, as the staff does not speak English very well, and we had a small problem with our reservation of the room + reservation of a motorbike. "It’s a new hotel and the staff is excellent. Even when I had issues, they worked on everything right away and made sure to check in on me daily.
