"Our stay at CapeTrib Farmstay was a trip back to nature. It gave us peace, relaxation and home comforts and all secluded within the farms ripening fruit trees. The cabin had an air conditioned bedroom a funtional bathroom and the extended canopy provided cover for comfy seating and a kitchen with gas burners and fridge freezer in an open air environment. "Daintree Crocodylus are very clear in what they are and what they are not. We found their advice to be very accurate. Yes, they are "very JUNGLY" and that was great for us. My two kids had a great time and really enjoyed being in the rain forest with all the sounds. We met lots of great people in the communal area. "When we arrived, the entire place appeared abandoned suddenly, no one there, some room doors open. We called out and no one responded. The place was in disrepair and dirty. The experience was creepy and we left, to find another motel. We want our money back!"

"We have been coming to PKs for a few years now. It is safe to say that the area has become a lot busier in these COVID times. Unfortunately - PKs had been closed for a spell and had just re-opened. This meant the pool wasn't finished or usable. They had also got rid of all the plants in that area - which changed the space a lot. I think they were short staffed and needed a new cook when we were there. The new cook didn't seem to be handling things very well. I am sure with time the place will...
