"visited Incheon for a quick layover in Korea. I recommend this hotel! Staff was super friendly. There is a 24/7 convenient store at the lobby. "The property is beautiful and walking around the grounds at night was peaceful. The food was amazing and the service and staff friendliness was superb. There is a convenience store at the pool / suites area you can buy snacks from. You can take a shuttle to gimpo Airport. My room was very clean and nicely layed out and decorated. Plenty of amenities and the floor manager even remembered my name which was nice. This is moreso a luxury hotel for travelers coming / going from airport."

"Had the loveliest time here! Where to start? From the central location (walkable to most main places in central Seoul, incl. sights, Jongno and Myeong-dong areas for shopping, dining etc.) to the rooms which were impeccably clean, modern and cared for. It is also incredibly convenient to have a 7/11 and a coffeeshop in the ground floor. Furthermore, the Airport Bus stop is right across the street, making it incredibly practical. Finally, the staff was friendly and attentive, able to accommodate my early check in request. If I come back, I am certainly coming back to LOTTE City Hotel Myeongdong, no need to look elsewhere. "

"Convenient bus and dining facilities are complemented by exceptionally helpful staff who readily provide directions and dining recommendations. Nice hotel, beautiful and clean rooms, maybe just need microwave in the room esp during the cold season so we can heat our coffee or food."

"Overall this hotel is great. Clean and easy to find. Located at Meyongdong which is close to lots of shopping areas. I would like to specially thank Luna and Rachael at reception. They are great staff whom you can reach out for questions, very nice and professional. Will definitely come back to the hotel next time when I visit Seoul."

"We had a great stay here. The metro station was just steps from our hotel. The staff was always willing to help. We had a minor issue in our room and they were there within minutes to get things resolved. We loved our stay and would visit again without hesitation. Wonderful bedding, shower and accommodations. The restaurant was very good with great views of the city."
