"We really loved our stay here that we booked ourselves another night. They have proper beds and the rooms are neat. They provide a bag with bathrobes and slippers which you can take to the spa. The spa and wellness area is very good and relaxing. Everything was working apart from the foot bath area. They have a couple of different saunas. Everything is well organised and clean. I think we’d be back visiting this place again."

"Die Mitarbeiter bräuchten dringend mal eine ownership Schulung. „Ist nicht mein Verantwortungsbereich“, „Ich bin grade in der Pause“, „müssen Sie meinen Kollegen da hinten fragen“ sind Standard Sätze im Van der valk. Das möchte man als gut zahlender Gast nicht hören. Wir haben uns vom Personal nicht gut betreut gefühlt. Sowohl Rezeption als auch beim Restaurant. Jeder manche nur das nötigste was er muss."

"I will definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was neat. Krakow is a cute little fishing village. The only negative was that there wasn't an elevator and we were on the last level. This is definitely a problem for someone who can't climb stairs like my 86 year old mom who just had hip replacement surgery. But once we made it up we just stayed in the room for the night. The breakfast was good the next morning. Again the staff was very pleasant."
