"the staff was amazing. They were helpful and very kind. We knew we were staying next to the lake we had an incident with a giant spider which we can’t complain nor is it the fault of the property they were very kind in capturing it and getting it out of of our room. However, we believe the room had bed bugs, both my companion and I had bites all over that were not mosquitos or spider bites these were bed bug bites. We didn’t notice until we were leaving and all the marks on our legs and back....

"Lack of daily services although reminded. Bath towels looked filthy. Not enough toilet paper. No room telephone. Unannounced additional charge (100,000 VN đồng or approx. Note also that the first room I checked in had pillows and bed sheet appeared to be used by someone not very long time before me with spots looked...
