There was no street light going to the hotel in the evening too dangerous for taxi driver and customers. Hotel to old bathroom and shower there was mold , not enough hot water water, pressure toi weak . Way to loud music , , the carpet in the room to old , smelly, the bathroom and room has a disgusting drainage smell . Not coming back to this hotel . Not recommended to anyone looking for a relax , peace , quiet , and clean hotel to get away for vacation.

The property needs to update the inside. Screen windows were falling apart, the wood floor came off. We asked for a knife, and was told to make a deposit. I thought that was the most silly thing ever. I would never came back to this property nor recommend anyone.

Absolutely not worth the price tag. Disgusting experience to be honest. I must say staff has nothing to do with it. It’s the hotel itself. We booked a classic lake view room which costed extra. Turns out it’s not in the main building like we would expect (this was not disclosed at a time of the booking). Room is dated. Small. Far from being the cleanest. Soundproofing- Zero!!! I mean zero. I hear people taking in the next room as I write this. Doors are slamming. It’s crazy. Impossible to sleep. Now the best part. I asked at the reception - “Where is the control for heat in the room” (as it’s 13 degrees Celsius tonight and it’s pretty cold in a room). The answer I got was - “our hotel doesn’t have AC and Heat” only fans are in the rooms. If you are cold- close the windows” I said- “I already have. And it’s cold. Can you give me a heater” I was answered- “NO. We can give you the second blanket”. This left me speechless. This should not exist. Not a a price they charge. This should be advertised with big red lettering. Absence of climate control in a hotel is absolutely unforgivable…. Close windows and get a second blanket… really? Never never again will I stay at any hotel of this brand. Not in this one for sure. And I wouldn’t recommend staying here of course to anyone. I continue having the worst experience with noises from all around this little building they call villa (where this room is located). It’ll be a long night for sure… False advertisement.

부모님, 아이와 함께 갔다가 대부분이 생병을 얻어왔어요. 일단 난방/히터 전혀 없어 밤이면 저온다습을 체험할 수 있답니다. 2일 숙박하고 나니 가렵고 마른 기침이 끝나질 않네요. 부페식 아침식사는 무료인데 야외 테라스에서 먹으면 비둘기들이랑 같이 먹을 수 있어요. 수도는 온수가 고장인데 프론트에 얘기하니 고쳐주긴 했지만 매우 불편했고, 수영장은 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 진짜 화장실에서 옷 갈아입어야 해요. 수건도 없습니다. 간단한 영어라도 가능한 직원 2명정도 있어요. 그 사람들 없으면 전부 어플키고 대화해야 해요. 키즈클럽이라고 된 놀이방은 좀 큰 갈비집에 딸린 수준이에요. 밤에 공기라도 좋겠지 했는데 공기도 별로에요.

외곽지역에 위치하여 교통은 조금 불편했지만, 좋은공기와 넓은 객실, 주변경치가 너무 좋아요. 중심가여서 교통은 Grab이용

장단점이.분명한 호텔

주변 자연환경100점, 객실에 카펫은 먼지가 많이 발생해서 아쉬움, 따뜻한 물 잘나오고 수압좋음. 조식은 별로임.. 샤워기쪽 물에서 유충이 나와서 놀람 호텔에서는 샤워기계만 바꿔줌.. 수돗물이 문제인 것 같은데, 다시 또 오고싶지는 않다..

很不錯的飯店、有機會想帶家人來。

整體來說、整個園區非常美麗、就在湖畔邊，還附設了許多設施，環境乾淨、房間很大、服務也很好。 白玉微瑕就是、這邊比較寧靜、在山林湖畔間，出門就是要搭計程車、或是包車會，到處玩會比較方便。 但是有個問題、很嚴重， 我們有使用洗衣服的服務， 飯店人員說我們洗衣服費用會很高、 沒有聯絡到我們確定、不敢幫我們洗， 但是手機（越南）完全沒有接到電話、 下午14:00-17:00在房間休息、也同樣沒有接到任何電話，這與對方的每小時都有聯絡、明顯有出入， 最後11:30退房時、櫃檯居然還收了我們洗衣費用89萬越盾， 如果不是我們打算在飯店用完午餐再離開、再出發去機場搭飛機回胡志明、那是不是這錢就沒救了？ 希望飯店能有所改進、因為這個狀況衍生的問題、可大可小。

A total disappointment

Certain facilities were closed due to covid but gym and childrens playroom were deemed okay. No mention whatsoever when booking since it is not mandated by the authority. Throwing a company party on the other hand seems okay with the hotel with no social distancing whatsoever being enforced. It makes you wonder who came up with such contradicting policy. The only restaurant serving dinner was drown by karaoke nutjobs from the party that made dining absolutely unbearable. Imagine my surprise as I was expecting a quiet retreat by the lake. On top of that, safety box in room that cant be locked, mosquitoes nets were torn and the toilet smelled like mould. Room service was stated 24 hrs but guess what, kitchen was closed past midnight. In all, one of the worst 4 star hotel I stayed.
