The service was impeccable with delicious full breakfasts that varied slightly every day. The decor in the main house was unique and a lot of fun. There was a pool and a games room as well. There was no indoor heating in the rooms, but the bed had two heated blankets that kept us comfortable at night. We brought our 6-month old baby and they were very accommodating. Between Hotels.com and the hotel owner, I was charged for last minute extra stay and last minute cancelation from the owner even after the site chat session had received a waiver directly from the owner over the phone. I followed directions to cancel via app but evidently the owner charged my card stating she's providing me a break. I understand the business aspect of it and agreement...

In addition, when you arrive, there is always someone who comes and pick you up at the airport this in only per your request. If you request there is a shuttle available.
